About The Position

The Host is responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service to support a memorable dining experience. The role also includes responding to guest inquiries and concerns and helping maintain an organized dining room.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a host or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Fluency in Italian is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating them at their tables.
• Manage reservations and waitlists using a computerized system.
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism.
• Help maintain a clean and organized dining room.
