About The Position

San Vicente Clubs is a prestigious private members-only club originating in West Hollywood, California. Since its 2019 opening, San Vicente Bungalows has established itself as a premier destination for individuals seeking a refined and intimate social experience. Our exclusive establishment offers an oasis of tranquility, luxury, and personalized service to our esteemed members. Building on the success of the original West Hollywood location San Vicente is expanding to Santa Monica (opening November 2024) and New York City (opening January 2025). We are seeking team members who share a passion for hospitality and a desire to deliver high standards and service levels to our members and guests.

• Must have the ability to input data in the POS system
• Must be able to read, speak, write and understand the English language

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and responds to emails with confidence and professional verbiage
• Takes restaurant reservations accurately and efficiently
• Works quickly with the Seven Rooms and Peoplevine Management systems
• Puts work orders, service requests and maintains logs books in Alice Hotel Systems
• Memorizes 5 outdoor areas of service, to seat guests efficiently and promptly when they arrive
• Ensures all rules of the club are understood and followed by all members and guests prior to entering the club
• Acknowledges guests’ needs, anticipates guests’ needs and always responds promptly to maintain positive guest relations at all times
• Informs manager of any guest complaints, requests or problems
• Maintains an organized and clean work area
• Follows all safety and sanitation procedures that pertain to the job
