Requirements
- Knowledge of hotel property.
- Familiarization with menus.
- Knowledge of daily specials.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.
- Assist managers in opening and closing.
- Answer phone calls per SOP & LSOP.
- Seat guests.
- Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance.
- Attend to and anticipate guests needs.
- Introduce server to guest.
- Assign tables and stations.
- Maintain a clean and organized area.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Perform all duties in accordance with moments of service.
