Requirements

  • Knowledge of hotel property.
  • Familiarization with menus.
  • Knowledge of daily specials.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner using appropriate procedures, in accordance with Omni Standards.
  • Assist managers in opening and closing.
  • Answer phone calls per SOP & LSOP.
  • Seat guests.
  • Control heavy volume at Restaurant entrance.
  • Attend to and anticipate guests needs.
  • Introduce server to guest.
  • Assign tables and stations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with moments of service.
