About The Position

Wild Eggs is seeking Hosts to join their team, emphasizing a positive work/life balance and a strong company culture. This role is crucial as the Host serves as Wild Eggs’ ambassador, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for all guests while upholding the highest standards of professionalism. Key duties include greeting and welcoming guests, efficiently managing reservations and waitlists, and escorting guests to their tables with careful consideration for server rotation and section assignments. The Host will also track table status, coordinating closely with servers and bussers to ensure prompt table turnover. Additional responsibilities involve professionally answering phone calls and addressing customer inquiries, maintaining an organized host station, and effectively monitoring dining room capacity to manage wait times. The position offers competitive pay and the benefit of no night shifts.
