About The Position

Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." The company, part of Brinker International, pioneered the "casual dining" concept. Maggiano's Little Italy opened in Chicago and continues the Italian American tradition. The company culture emphasizes helping others, including hosting special events and supporting charities like the Make-A-Wish Foundation and the North Texas Food Bank, as well as the Brinker Family Fund for employees. The role involves long days, energetic service, staying upbeat, putting others first, and hoisting heavy plates.
