About The Position

Hosts create the first impression for every Guest entering the restaurant by providing a warm welcome and hospitality. The role includes managing the wait list, responding to telephone calls, communicating Guest concerns to the Manager, and helping Team Members as appropriate. Hosts also contribute to a safe and welcoming environment. No experience is necessary.

Requirements

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude, with readiness to greet Guests with a smile.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
