Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role suits enthusiastic people who believe great food depends on great hospitality and use their personality to connect with Guests and coworkers and make people feel special. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their career quickly into a server role. The position involves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and contributing to a safe, welcoming setting.
Requirements

- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable, customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables clear of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
