About The Position

The Host greets and seats guests in accordance with established guest service guidelines. The role answers phone calls and coordinates reservations, special guest requests, and messages; responds to guest requests or connects guests with the appropriate person for assistance; and answers questions about menu items, pricing, specials, and promotional events. The Host also assists servers and bussers as needed. The position requires excellent guest service, effective communication, and the ability to work quickly with a sense of urgency.
