About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join the team as a Host. As the first point of contact for guests, the Host provides excellent customer service and helps ensure a positive experience from arrival. The role involves greeting and seating guests, managing waitlists and reservations, and coordinating with waitstaff to support efficient service. The position is suited to someone with a warm and welcoming personality who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Nice To Haves

Proven experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a polite and friendly manner.
Escort guests to their assigned tables and ensure they are comfortable.
Manage guest reservations and maintain an organized seating system.
Answer phone calls, take and relay messages, and provide accurate information to guests.
Coordinate with waitstaff to support smooth and timely service.
Maintain a clean and presentable host stand and lobby area.
Anticipate guest needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the management team to improve the guest experience and implement required changes.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
