About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and diligent Busser to help ensure a positive dining experience for guests. The role’s main responsibility is clearing and resetting tables, while assisting servers and other staff members as needed. The Busser collaborates with kitchen and serving staff to provide excellent customer service and follows company policies, including uniform and grooming standards. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Busser or in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables promptly and efficiently, ensuring dishes, glassware, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables.
• Reset tables and ensure they are clean, tidy, and ready for the next guests.
• Refill water glasses and restock necessary items.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
• Assist with general cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
