The Host is responsible for greeting and escorting guests to tables in a friendly and professional manner, managing telephone inquiries, and working closely with the Manager-on-Duty to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and dining pleasure. This role involves recognizing and acknowledging regular and VIP guests, seating guests efficiently, and handling reservations and to-go orders. The Host must be knowledgeable about the menu, prices, dress code, location, payment methods, hours of operation, and room capacity. Additionally, the Host performs sidework to maintain a clean and orderly restaurant, thanks departing guests, and contributes to a positive team environment by embodying the company's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, commitment, and quality.
