Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards. This role offers a growth path to Food Server or Guest Service Agent, and then to Restaurant Supervisor or Front Office Supervisor. The focus includes meeting and greeting guests, offering seating choices, escorting them to tables, and presenting menus. Responsibilities also involve maintaining a log book for inter-shift communication, ensuring the dining room is properly set up, assisting with service as needed, and managing reservations and special functions. The role requires adherence to HHM’s EarthView sustainability program and safe work practices, including the use of protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards. Other duties may be requested by management.
