About The Position
Responsible for the initial reception to all guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational ability
- Ability to respond calmly in stressful situations
- Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations
Responsibilities
- Greets, and welcomes guests entering the restaurant
- Verifies reservations, when required before seating guest
- Use proper telephone etiquette
- Escorts guests to the table and provide menus
- Coordinates with servers and bussers to assure availability of tables
- Works closely with Casino Hosts to ensure excellent guest service
