About The Position

Hosts welcome Guests and help create a warm, hospitable start to each restaurant visit. They manage the wait list, communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate, answer and direct telephone calls, assist fellow Team Members when appropriate, and help maintain a safe and welcoming environment. The role suits someone with a friendly, caring attitude who can respond quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. No experience is necessary. Hosts must be able to stand for long periods and safely lift and maneuver food trays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest.
• Manage the wait list.

• Answer the telephone within three rings and direct calls.
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate.
