Food Runners create an exceptional experience for Guests and fellow Team Members by sharing their passion for beverages, food, and people. The role is suited to enthusiastic people who value hospitality, connect with Guests through their personality, and help make people feel special. Chili's primarily hires Food Runners who can grow their careers quickly into server roles.
Requirements
- Have a great attitude and approach toward Guests and Team Members.
- Think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Provide a customized experience for every Guest.

Responsibilities
- Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest.
- Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting with Guests and ensuring their needs are met.
- Keep tables free of dirty dishes by pre-bussing empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plates, and silverware.
- Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction.
- Be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
