Requirements

• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused attitude.
• Proficiency using guest waitlist and other reservation-system technologies.
• Ability to manage guest inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Daytime and weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using reservation systems.
• Answer phone calls and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and waiting area.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure a smooth seating flow.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Assist with special events or large parties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with to-go orders.
