About The Position
Northern Tap House is looking for Hosts to be the friendly face of their establishment. As a Host, you will be the first and last impression guests have, creating a welcoming, energetic, and hospitable atmosphere. Northern Tap House prides itself on scratch-made food, craft beer, and bringing people together, operating under the philosophy of 'The Way It Should Be' by supporting each other, taking pride in their work, and making every guest feel like a regular. Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with a smile and genuine hospitality
- Manage the waitlist and seating to keep service running smoothly
- Answer phones and assist guests with questions
- Keep the lobby and host stand clean, organized, and inviting
- Work closely with servers and managers to create an outstanding guest experience
- Help wherever needed because great teams work together
