About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Around here we say our purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends. We call it The Maggiano's Way. Brinker International, the name behind good food, good times and great places to work, pioneered the idea of “casual dining”. Maggiano’s Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition come to life. The Front of the House team, which includes Hosts, welcomes Guests into a slice of Italian Americana. This team of fast-paced professionals aims to make Guests feel special, inviting them to break bread together and celebrate the richness of life.
