About The Position

As part of the Barrel One Collective family, we are dedicated to hospitality, quality, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are looking for an enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our Front of House team. This is a key role in shaping the first and last impression of our guest experience. If you're friendly, organized, and love connecting with people, we'd love to have you on our team.

Requirements

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong people skills
Passion for hospitality and guest service
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting
Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person!)
Dependable, responsible, and a team player
Must be available nights and weekends
Ability to stand/walk for the duration of shifts
Professional appearance and attitude

Responsibilities

Warmly greet and seat guests with a smile and positive attitude
Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest flow into the dining room and bar areas
Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries
Provide accurate wait times and ensure guests feel welcomed while waiting
Present menus and introduce guests to their server
Support servers by clearing tables, refilling water, and assisting as needed
Maintain knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings
Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and host stand area
Help create a fun and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
