About The Position

Pies & Pints is seeking charismatic, hard-working, and detail-oriented team members for the position of Host. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who is both personable and perceptive, and who wants to work in a fun, challenging, team-based environment. Pies & Pints is known for having some of the best pizza in the country and has been recognized by the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and USA Today.

Responsibilities

Make people happy first and foremost.
Clearly communicate.
Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
Keep seating chart organized and follow rotation as you seat the dining room.
Contribute to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
Answer phones and assist guests with call-ahead seating or to-go orders.
