About The Position
Our Hosts are integral to the Guest experience at Maggiano's, responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, managing phone calls, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate waitlist, and bidding farewell to all Guests. They serve as the first and last impression of Maggiano’s. The company's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, embodying "The Maggiano's Way." Maggiano's Little Italy, part of Brinker International, was founded on the pioneering concept of "casual dining" by Norman Brinker. The company is committed to community involvement, supporting organizations like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the North Texas Food Bank, and the Brinker Family Fund to assist employees in need. The Front of the House team, which includes Hosts, aims to make Guests feel special by welcoming them into an Italian Americana atmosphere, fostering a sense of togetherness and celebration.
Responsibilities
