POSITION SUMMARY: The Host-Cashier is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing seating. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Creates a welcoming atmosphere and greets guests with a friendly and professional demeanor. Manage waitlists or reservations and seating assignments to ensure a smooth service flow. Provide menus and be informative to guests. Communicate with servers and management regarding table availability and guest needs. Maintain cleanliness of the host stand and entrance area. ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
