About The Position

We’re looking for friendly, organized Hosts to be the welcoming face of our operation and help create a seamless, positive customer experience from start to finish. If you enjoy engaging with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team, this role is a great fit. As a Host, you’ll play a key role in delivering the quality, service, variety, and value our customers expect. You’ll help set the tone for every customer interaction and ensure our space feels welcoming, organized, and distinctly East Coast from the moment customers arrive.

Responsibilities

Welcome all customers in a friendly, professional manner
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
Take and process takeout orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate order flow between customers and kitchen staff
Maintain awareness of store and lunch service activity to support smooth operations
Provide basic product and menu information to customers
Assist with front-of-house organization and cleanliness
Support team members as needed across retail and lunch service areas
Sweeping and mopping floors, spot-cleaning spills, and ensuring a safe environment
Helping organize and reset the space at the start and end of each day
Following food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
