Requirements

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
Strong leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, team-first attitude
Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure
Passion for food, sustainability, and creating great customer experiences

Responsibilities

Supporting daily retail operations and ensuring smooth customer flow
Leading by example—jumping in to assist with sales, service, and product knowledge
Coaching and mentoring team members on the floor
Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
Assisting with inventory, merchandising, and opening/closing procedures
Acting as a key point of contact between staff and management
Assists with inventory control, ordering, and scheduling in coordination with the Kitchen Manager/Chef and Store Manager
