About The Position
Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, operating with 'The Maggiano's Way'. Brinker International, the parent company, pioneered 'casual dining' and Maggiano’s Little Italy is described as a slice of Italian American tradition. The Front of the House team, which includes Hosts, aims to make Guests feel special by welcoming them into a slice of Italian Americana.
