With a view of the sparkling Wynn Tower Suites pool, Tableau offers indoor seating in the garden Conservatory and intimate al fresco tables overlooking the manicured gardens.
Requirements
- Must be able to communicate in English fluently and in a professional manner
- Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (including reservations management system) and food/wine service knowledge.
- Requires the ability to multi-task, work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be available to work all shifts including day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Nice To Haves
- 1-year work experience as host person in a high-end restaurant is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Providing superior guest service that is consistent with Forbes 5 Star Standard rating.
- All duties and assignments are to be performed according to departmental and Wynn company policy and procedure.
- Greeting and seating guests.
- Assisting guest with reservation via phone and in person.
- Assisting Managers with table management to maximize seating.
- Assisting guest with special request.
