Responsible for greeting guests in an upbeat, friendly and courteous manner. This role involves answering incoming reservation calls, completing reservations in the computerized reservation system, and staying informed about all food & beverage venues and menus. The Host Person will continuously check availability and perform other related duties as assigned. Additionally, they will answer the telephone, facilitate guest requests, manage incoming reservations and venue floor using the table management system, and assist with daily administrative work as directed by the venue manager.
