Responsibilities
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
- Monitor the open dining sections of the restaurant for empty and cleaned tables
- Estimate wait times for guests and monitor the guest waiting list
- Ensure that the needs of the guests are met while they are waiting
- Answer the telephone, book reservations and move tables together to accommodate large parties
- Support the service team with delivering memorable hospitality to our guests
- Set the tone for the guests visit, being the first and last contact they have
