About The Position
Ready to Be the Maestro of Welcomes? We're on the hunt for enthusiasts and smile artists, who can turn a simple greeting into a dazzling spectacle and make every guest feel like a VIP superstar! This role is for a non-exempt position with a pay rate of hourly plus tips, where hosts can earn $30+ per hour.
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- Must have excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
- Previous guest service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
- Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept.
- Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming areas and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
- Assist the F&B staff as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
