About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service from the moment they arrive. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of hospitality, and the ability to manage guest relations effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service and/or hospitality is required.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
High school or equivalent (Required)
Host/hostess: 1 year (Required)

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with guest services in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
Experience with POS systems is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using POS systems.
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Uphold high standards of customer service and hospitality at all times.
