About The Position

The Clare, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Chicago's Gold Coast, is seeking a full-time Host/Hostess. This role involves coordinating wait/buss staff, managing dining room setup, and ensuring timely service for residents. The ideal candidate is compassionate, customer-service oriented, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the wait/buss staff, including ensuring the dining room is properly set up, on time, and professionally.
• Monitors the pace of the dining room through dinner hours to ensure all residents are served in a proper and timely fashion.
