About The Position

Responsible for greeting guests at the door, seats guests in appropriate area of restaurant/bar. Presents menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner and informs guests of daily specials.

Requirements

A valid driver's license and social security card must be presented.

Responsibilities

Greet all guests in a pleasant and timely manner.
Ensure that work stations are stocked/filled before and after every shift.
Advise supervisor of any member/guest complaints.
Attend all meetings/training sessions requested by the supervisor.
Keep all Food and Beverage areas clean at all times and assist with up-keep of all equipment.
Serve food and beverage items that meet the standards, as outlined by the menus and health regulation.
Maintain responsibility for all guest checks and turn them into your supervisor or designated area.
Handle any problem that might arise both courteously and professionally.
Set-up and break down tables, chairs, theme decorations and other equipment as requested.
Operate within all guidelines, policies and standards.
Ensure complete guest satisfaction from start to finish.
Perform all duties necessary before and after breakfast/lunch/dinner service in accordance with Kiln Creek Golf Club & Resort's policy's and standards.
