Role Summary : We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Hostess to join our team at 1917 Restaurant. The ideal candidate has a passion for people and provides exceptional hospitality. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, who is a team player, multi-tasker with a willingness to learn and be creative. Perform tasks as needed or directed by supervisor. Help with ANY duties within the Restaurant/Winery to ensure seamless experience for our guests.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with the Tock system is a plus, must be tech savvy.
Must be willing to work weekends.
Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry up to 40 pounds.
Must adhere to proper hygiene and cleanliness practices at all times.
A bust bee, self-starter and team player
A friendly attitude and a strong work ethic
Must be a team player, reliable, & dependable
Must be able to stand for long period of time
Must maintain a positive attitude

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in food and beverages is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcoming customers into store/restaurant
Support and manage reservations
Attention to detail, calmness, and creativity in dealing with employees and customers, and the ability to think and react quickly under pressure.
Staying knowledgeable about our range of products
Promote special sales
Help with ANY duties within the Restaurant/Winery to ensure seamless experience for our guests.
