Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional welcome
• Manage wait lists and seating flow
• Provide accurate wait times and answer basic menu questions
• Coordinate seating with servers and managers
• Process to-go orders and handle basic transactions
• Keep the host stand clean, stocked, and organized
• Support servers and runners when needed
• Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally
