About The Position

The Host/Hostess/Expo position at TPI Hospitality's Green Mill Restaurant & Bar in Fairmont, MN is responsible for providing friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests. This role involves seating guests, managing reservations and waitlists, answering and directing phone calls, and assisting in maintaining a smooth and efficient dining experience. The position also requires helping with cleaning and restocking items as needed and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The shifts are from 4:00 PM/5:00 PM to 8:30 PM/9:30 PM, Monday through Sunday, with weekends required. This is a part-time role, typically 2-3 shifts per week.
