About The Position

Be the face of our hotel restaurant - warmly greet and assist arriving guests. Uphold Marriott's hospitality standards and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. Managing reservations and maintaining the waitlist. Seating guests according to table availability and server sections. Providing menus and informing guests of daily specials or promotions. Answering phone calls and taking reservations. Coordinating with servers and managers to ensure smooth table turnover. Maintaining a clean and organized host stand and entrance area. Assisting with takeout orders or directing guests to the appropriate area, if applicable. Handling guest concerns professionally and notifying management when needed. Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.

Requirements
