Responsibilities

Interact with guests as they arrive and leave the restaurant to ensure a positive dining experience.
Notify guests of wait times, enter their names into the computer seating system, and issue pagers.
Operate the computer seating system.
Lead guests to their tables, seat them, distribute menus, and offer final pleasantries.
Answer the phone and respond to questions concerning the menu, reservations, and the restaurant.
Address difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
