The Hilton Garden Inn located in Missoula, Montana is looking to add to our hospitality family! The six-story, 146-key hotel is otherwise located just outside of downtown Missoula and offers a comprehensive range of amenities including a separate full-service restaurant and 22,000 square feet of meeting space, making it the second largest conference center in the state. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
SafeServ Certification
TIPS or equivalent training
Consistent attendance and adherence to Resolute Road Hospitality’s standards are critical to success in this role.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
Familiarity with POS systems or reservation platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

Warmly greet guests and guide them through their dining experience with attentiveness and professionalism.
Ensure prompt seating and maintain table rotations.
Support servers and kitchen staff.
Contribute to a smooth and welcoming front-of-house environment.
Greet every guest with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Seat guests promptly according to table availability and server rotation.
Answer guest inquiries in person and over the phone.
Manage reservations and maintain waitlists.
Provide menus and communicate restaurant specials or features.
Operate point of sale system to process payments when needed.
Maintain communication between kitchen, servers, and guests.
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
Support team members with light food and beverage service or bussing as needed.
Proactively address guest concerns or refer to management when appropriate.
Other duties as assigned.
