Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile, enthusiasm, and warmth upon their arrival, making them feel welcome.
• Notify guests of their wait time, enter their name into the computer seating system, and issue a pager if there is a wait.
• Operate the computer seating system.
• Lead guests to their table, seat them, distribute menus, and offer final words.
• Answer the phone and respond to questions concerning the menu, reservations, and the restaurant.
• Address difficult situations and guest’s complaints through AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management.
• Communicate clearly, write well, and speak well.
• Explain information to guests.
• Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection.
• Practice what you preach.
• Be guest-focused and multi-task.
• Be part of a team and create a fun environment.
