Requirements

• Must be at least 16+ years of age.
• The ability to stay calm and efficient, even during busy times
• A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to help others
• Attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• The ability to multitask effectively and support your team
• A desire to learn and assist coworkers and managers
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Prior restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a welcoming smile and cheerful demeanor
• Use reservation systems like OpenTable to assist guests
• Ensure a smooth seating flow by following server rotation
• Answer phone calls to help guests make reservations, address their questions, and take to-go orders
• Keep the entrance and host area of the restaurant clean and inviting
