Requirements

Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Must have excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Previous host experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
Previous guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests to the restaurant and provide accurate wait times.
Monitor waiting lists and escort guests to assigned dining or bar areas, while explaining PopStroke mobile ordering concept.
Maintain a clean host area and answer incoming calls and address guests' queries.
Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming areas and restrooms. Restock service stations and restrooms.
Assist the F&B staff as needed.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a memorable experience for all guests.
Answer phone calls and inquiries regarding the venue, pricing, menu and other information in a professional and courteous manner.
Maintain the Host area fully stocked and clean.
Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment.
Other duties as assigned.
