Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
- Communicate wait times clearly and keep guests informed
- Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- Support the team during busy periods by assisting with other front-of-house duties as needed
