Requirements

• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Possess or be willing and able to obtain Food Handlers certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and record all reservations within the system.
• Greet and seat residents and guests according to the quality and service standards established for the dining room in a prompt, courteous and friendly manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
