About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience a plus
- Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take messages
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
- Take reservations within the restaurant reservation system
- Engaging in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion
- Managing restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set wait time quotes for guests
- Manage inventory of tables available
- Always sincerely thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
- Communicate with wait staff and supervisors regarding availability of tables
- Communicate guest feedback with Supervisor/Manager
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of the company as defined in the employee handbook
- Always wear appropriate uniform provided by company policy
