About The Position
The Optimist brings a seaside fish camp experience to landlocked Atlantans with high quality, sustainably sourced seafood and beach-food classics that transport you to your favorite seaside haunts. Transport guests beachside as the Optimist Host/ess! The Host/ess at The Optimist welcomes guests to a seaside escape! The Host/ess should boast a positive demeanor and naturally curious personality with an ability to work cohesively and support unity within the team. He/she should be able to take cues from guests’ behavior to ensure an extraordinary experience. Knowledge of OpenTable and related food and beverage experience preferred.
