About The Position

The Optimist is seeking an experienced Cook to join their award-winning culinary team. This role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of the preparation of hot and cold food items, the ability to communicate and expedite food items on the back line, and to manage their assigned station to ensure total guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a meticulous eye for detail. A culinary training degree is preferred but not required.
