Requirements

No experience required.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
Adaptable, dependable, and possess a strong work ethic.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions and standing for up to 8 hours.
Able to lift up to 40 pounds and have confident money handling skills.
Tattoos on the hand, neck, face, or behind the ears are not permitted.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate exceptional customer service by helping guests and delivering food to their tables.
Ensure guest complaints are properly and swiftly resolved.
Maintain a clean & organized dining room while following sanitation and safety procedures.
Model and support clear communications between the front of house and host staff.
