About The Position

Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is seeking a Host / Cashier to serve as a welcoming presence in its Food & Beverage outlets. The role involves greeting guests, taking and processing food and beverage orders, and providing helpful service to create a positive guest experience. The position is full-time and year-round in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, with variable shifts that include weekends and holidays. Pay is $18–$20 per hour depending on experience, plus pooled tips and full-time benefits. The job requires standing for a full shift and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities

Greet guests and accurately take food and beverage orders.
Process orders through the POS system and handle cash, credit, and room-charge payments accurately.
Answer guest questions, offer suggestions, and resolve minor service issues.
Coordinate with teammates during busy periods and assist wherever Food & Beverage needs support.
Keep dining areas, counters, and stations clean, stocked, and ready for guests.
Follow opening and closing checklists.
