About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking All Positions for Daylene's Supper Club, including Servers, Bussers, Hosts, Bartenders, and Supervisors. In these roles, you will provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all guests. As part of the leadership team, you will embody the company's Promise to Lead with Love, guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
Requirements
- Prior restaurant experience in a full-service restaurant or a background in the service industry.
- A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
- Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
- Greet guests, inform them of specials, provide menu tours, and recommend items you genuinely feel guests will enjoy and menu changes.
