We are currently seeking Patient Ambassadors and Utility Workers in your area, starting at $17/hr. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in uniform
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment
  • Prolonged standing and continuous walking
  • Frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to operate equipment necessary to perform essential job functions
  • Applicants must pass a background check, drug screen, and provide proof of employment eligibility in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each patient receives an accurate meal that matches their order and diet requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure every patient is satisfied with their meal
  • Deliver and collect patient menus promptly
  • Stocking, cleaning, and maintaining an organized work area
  • Prepare cold/hot items and condiments for meal service
  • Adhere to all facility health, food safety, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist team members and management as needed to ensure efficient department operations
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dish room, and storage areas
  • Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with facility procedures
  • Assist with stocking supplies, including food items, cleaning products, and kitchen tools
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
  • Ensure all sanitation, safety, and infection control standards are strictly followed
  • Clean and maintain floors, equipment, and work surfaces to ensure a safe working environment
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries properly
